IK Restaurant was born from the genuine vision of Ivan Kisic, a great chef and a better human being, who managed to be part of the relevant brand ambassadors from Peru and began the first contacts with producers, from different regions around the country, to show his work and his magic. He had a great project in mind: to open the restaurant with his name (Ivan Kisic), which would show all his experience and culinary creativity. A fatal accident took the life of Ivan Kisic, but not his dreams. IK was already a reality.
